SECURITY CLOCKING SYSTEM STARTED IN OUR TAMAN

Dear All Taman Tasik Puchong Members and Residents,

Here are the houses who has the "Security Clocking System Point" which started on 6.8.09 (Thursday night).

We finally proposed to LBS with this "Security Clocking System" and it's to be ensures that their appointed security company will do their duty (24 hours per day / Clock in every 2 hours per day) in a proper way.

WE ARE READY TO SETUP OUR OWN RESIDENT ASSOICIATION

DEAR ALL TTP MEMBERS AND RESIDENTS,

I've just received a complete documents last week from our developer LBS regarding of Residents Full List and we are ready to form our own RESIDENT ASSOCIATION.

Here is the first meeting agenda we've held on 25.04.09 / Saturday / 10.30am


1) We are ready to form our Residents Assoiciation.(Document Received from LBS)

2) After registration, we can only send out notice to residents in our taman regarding we've form a Resident Association. (After we have our own RA letterhead, cop, banking account and etc)

3) Regarding of the poor security services, i've discuss with the person in-charge from the secutiry and they are willing to cooperate with us. (Please be patient because we all are still under the so called Free Security from LBS)

4) We've send out a former letter to MP Sepang regarding few issues like:
-Wild dogs hanging around in our Taman
-Flood when heavy rain at the main road leading to our taman
-Non Function Lamp Post (Infront of our Taman)
-Road damage cause by the heavy vehicle such as huge lorry.

This letter was prepared by our Secretary (Mr. Kent Tan) and action will be taken from this respective department.

We has successfully have our Taman Tasik Puchong Committee Meeting which held on 25.04.09 / 10.40am (Saturday).

ATTENTION TO ALL COMMITTEE MEMBERS

LBS will send us the minutes of the first residents meeting held on 14.03.09 as well as the listing of all the owners. Please do stand by for our first Committee Meeting whereby make sure all of us are free on that date.
I have thought of some issues that i would like to bring out during the first meeting and you guys also can bring out your ideas as well.
The Issues are as follows:-
1) To send out formal notice to all owners in respect of the election results
and inform them the set up of this blog
2) The status of registration of our Residents Association
3) Flood at the main road leading to our Taman
4) Non function Lamp Post [along the main road]
5) Poor security services
6) How to plan our future entrances to our Taman
7) How to enhance our security by implementing
car stickers system / Pass card system
8) Cleanliness of our Taman
9) Blockage of Drainage
10) Problem on Foreign Workers such as Indonesian at the
2nd phase construction site
11) Wild doggies are hanging around our Taman
12) How to educate the selfish residents

IT IS THE TIME FOR US TO CHANGE OUR SECURITY GUARD


It is very dissapointed regarding our so called security. We must be patience because we are still under our Developer LBS (Until February 2010) who appointed this kind of "free" security guard. This is not the first time we make this kind of complaint about this matter and i've decided to bring this matter again to the person in charge of LBS. We must remember "Nothing Is Free"since LBS offer free security for 2 years when we purchased this house but it doesn't mean we must sit and wait for the best result to occur. I will take this matter as serious as possible because we are living in the same "Planet".

My advice will be lock your gate properly when you are not in the house and make sure your Main Gate lock always even though someone is in the house especially near evening or in the dawn. Make sure valuable items such as jewellery / cash don't left it in the house when you are going to work.

I hope our Taman will be peaceful and we can't rely on this kind of securtiy to protect / take care of our property.
