  1. Dear All,

I would like to highlight that for resident who have the catering, please don't throw the rubbish into the renovation bin. Currently there is one case happens at Jln TTP4,I do not know is the house owner or the catering guy who throw the rubbish into the renovation bin. The plastic bag is not covered as the house rubbish bin, so the dogs & cats pull out the rubbish from the plastic bag and the road become full of paper plate & bowl, provided the wind blowing, all the paper plate & bowl are flew into the drain. The most anger part is, the house owner do not admit that the rubbish are from theirs which just occur on next morning. So now the responsible back to renovator to pull the bin & to clear the rubbish. Else the rubbish will come out with bad smell & the paper plate & bowl will create mosquitoes. So i hope this message can pass to every resident in TTP.

    TTP4 resident

  3. Dear all,
Please take care the cleanliness of our Taman. The more rubish we created will give the high population to mosquitoes. Right now there is a lot of Denggi cases happened in everywhere. We don't want it happen in our Taman.
For me, to stay in a healthy and comfort Taman, cleanliness is the most important thing.
I hope all of us can stay happily is this Taman. a word from me is "cleanliness is everyone's responsibility".

    Regards,
    Ken Tan

  4. Hi,

I'm wife of Razman. Its good to have this blog as we hardly meet each other though we live in the same Taman... :)

My suggestion is maybe the members of this blog is open to all resident so if anyone want to do some announcement such housewarming etc, we can do it here...OR we wanna sharing problem like previous one we have with the developer or aruswarna on the furniture given to us..or to highlight some safety issues such as sleepy guard during night time which can lead to strangers coming in and out..etc

    Just my 2 cent :)

  5. Hi everyone, this is PY. Thanks for your support to this blog. David has created this blog as a platform for the residents in this taman to raise their daily problems, views and comments.

For your information, I'm now checking on the relevant procedures that need to be followed in order to register our RA with Registrar of Societies. Due to the nature of my work as a lawyer, I'm able to assist to register our RA with ROS and draft the relevant Articles of Association.

David shall be calling for 1st committee members meeting soon to discuss of the above issue and other relevant isuues.

  6. Hi..
I agree with Ct's suggestion. I also notice that our security guard are not doing well on their job especially at night. Something should be done to improve their services. Tq. Mala

  7. Hi,
Talking about the guard rite, there's one nite where i saw wild dogs happily playing within our beloved Taman..i suppose the guard should chase the dog out of our Taman or else, the dogs will think that they can happily stay within out Taman...am i rite?
