LBS will send us the minutes of the first residents meeting held on 14.03.09 as well as the listing of all the owners. Please do stand by for our first Committee Meeting whereby make sure all of us are free on that date.
I have thought of some issues that i would like to bring out during the first meeting and you guys also can bring out your ideas as well.
The Issues are as follows:-
1) To send out formal notice to all owners in respect of the election results
and inform them the set up of this blog
2) The status of registration of our Residents Association
3) Flood at the main road leading to our Taman
4) Non function Lamp Post [along the main road]
5) Poor security services
6) How to plan our future entrances to our Taman
7) How to enhance our security by implementing
car stickers system / Pass card system
8) Cleanliness of our Taman
9) Blockage of Drainage
10) Problem on Foreign Workers such as Indonesian at the
2nd phase construction site
11) Wild doggies are hanging around our Taman
12) How to educate the selfish residents
Lastly, I hope more residents will visit our Blog whereby they can know more about what we are planning to do. Please invite more residents to join our Blog. Thank you.
When is the meeting ya? I can see now the wild doggies problem has become worst. Even yesterday, one wild dog wanna entered my house area.
