It is very dissapointed regarding our so called security. We must be patience because we are still under our Developer LBS (Until February 2010) who appointed this kind of "free" security guard. This is not the first time we make this kind of complaint about this matter and i've decided to bring this matter again to the person in charge of LBS. We must remember "Nothing Is Free"since LBS offer free security for 2 years when we purchased this house but it doesn't mean we must sit and wait for the best result to occur. I will take this matter as serious as possible because we are living in the same "Planet".
My advice will be lock your gate properly when you are not in the house and make sure your Main Gate lock always even though someone is in the house especially near evening or in the dawn. Make sure valuable items such as jewellery / cash don't left it in the house when you are going to work.
I hope our Taman will be peaceful and we can't rely on this kind of securtiy to protect / take care of our property.

ReplyDeleteWe are not only have security problem, since the 2nd phase is still under the construction, I really dont have comfortable for those workers. A lot of foreigner workers (we are not sure whether each one of them is working for construction or not)they can IN and OUT very freely, we need to record down workers and also visitors' name & ID in the record. If anything happen, at least we can track back the in/ out record list. It will help on police reporting and create the awareness for those outsider that our taman is not 'free and easy'. My friends came to our taman and always comment that 'your security tak boleh pakai!'
ReplyDeleteIf not, what is the different btw we have security or not in our taman?! Now we have TTP community, at least we have representative request from LBS... Both parties need to stated down the security's job scope/ functions and some procedures that they need to follow.
I'm looking forward and high expectation on TTP Community contribution to our taman. Thanks in advance.
